Procedures (Request/Ordering)

Requesting

You may do so by sending me the tweet link through
DM / Curious / Email in the contact tab

If you see that the deadline of the order period listed by the seller is nearby, please DM me so that there will be ample time for me to open a group order.

Ordering (Google Form)

1) Please head to the respective google link for the items you wish to purchase.
2) Calculate the total and transfer the amount to the stated bank account/number.
3) Fill up the form.
4) Upon submission, you should receive a form response email.
5) Confirmation email will be sent AFTER the group order ends, AND after orders have been placed.

Ordering (DM)

From time to time, I will tweet to get orders through DM.
1) DM me to indicate your interest.
2) I will reply you with the price of the item.
3) Let me know if you're purchasing it or not! (Please reply even if you're not interested!)
4) Transfer the amount to the stated bank account / phone number.
5) I will reply with 'Got It' after I note down your order. (MAKE SURE YOU RECEIVE THIS ACKNOWLEDGEMENT!; otherwise it means, your order is not noted down)

Important: There is no confirmation for DM orders!

Procedures (Collection)

Collection

When items arrive in Singapore, a ‘READY FOR COLLECTION’ email will be sent.

Details in the email:
1) READY FOR COLLECTION EXCEL
This excel contains the items uncollected, 2nd payment (if applicable), deadlines for collection.
2) Instructions for the respective collection methods.
3) Deadlines for the respective collection request.

Meet Up

1) Check what items you have yet to collect, how much 2nd payment you have to pay
2) Transfer 2nd payment (if applicable)
3) Fill up the meet up form.
4) Wait for Meet Up Confirmation Email. Email will be sent after the deadline to sign up for meet up has ended.

Postage (NM/RM/PNP)

For Normal/Registered Mail,
1) Check what items you have yet to collect, how much 2nd payment you have to pay.
2) Transfer 2nd payment (if applicable)
3) Transfer Postage Payment (Separate from 2nd Payment)
4) Fill up the respective form
5) NM/PNP: Email will be sent out after item has been mailed/drop off
RM: Email with be sent with tracking number after item has been mailed.

Postage Dates will be stated in the email.

Postage (Express Mail)

1) Check what items you have yet to collect, how much 2nd payment you have to pay.
2) Transfer 2nd payment (if applicable)
3) Transfer Postage Payment (Separate from 2nd payment!)
4) Fill up the Express Mail

I can only give a rough estimate of when I can arrange for pick up. As there will be a lot of requests for express mail, so I need some time to pack them. Also, the delivery company tends to delay by coming to pick up the items with an almost-full van, so they can’t collect everything; then they say they will come back the next day, but delay another few days.


Waiting for more items / Unable to attend meet up


No actions will be required.
‘READY FOR COLLECTION’ email will be sent to you as long as you have yet to collect your items before the deadline.
Please do not make any 2nd payment if you're not collecting your item(s) in the upcoming collection.


DEADLINES


Please note that items are NOT confiscated on the day of the deadline!
Items are only confiscated if it's not collected in the nearest collection AFTER the deadline.

Example:
Deadline = 22th May.
If, collection email sent out on 20th May --> Not the last collection, item will not be confiscated.
Collection email sent out on 23rd May --> Last collection, item will be confiscated if uncollected.

By ordering with RABBITGREETINGS, you’re agreeable to the following terms & condition.

OFFICIAL ITEMS/MD WILL ONLY BE KEPT FOR 4 WEEKS, AND FANSITE ITEMS WILL ONLY BE KEPT FOR 6 WEEKS.
The deadline is calculated based on the date the goods are released for collection . All items will be confiscated if it is not collected before the stated deadline.

ITEM PRICES & 2ND PAYMENT ARE NON-NEGOTIABLE
Item prices are listed according to the seller’s item price. 2nd payment depends on the weight of the item and shipping rates. Please only order if you’re fine with higher shipping rates due to the lack of flights during this COVID-19 situation.

STRICTLY NO CANCELLATION OR REFUNDS AFTER ORDER IS PLACED
Refunds/cancellation will only be available if product(s) is/are out of stock. In this case, full amount will be refunded

PRODUCT CONTENT (BOTH OFFICIAL AND FANSITE GOODS) IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE
Official items are factory-sealed and RABBITGREETINGS will not be responsible for any manufacturing errors, such as any missing content. NO refunds will be given for manufacturing errors as well. Fansite goods are all hand-packed by fansites and RABBITGREETINGS will not be responsible for any missing item, or damaged products.

RABBITGREETINGS reserves the rights to amend the Terms & Condition without prior notice.

FAQ (General)

What type of merchandise will RABBITGREETINGS be taking in?
We usually take in orders for fansite goods that can be shipped within Korea. Sometimes, with sufficient orders, we don't mind taking in orders from accounts that are based outside of Korea. This is because of shipping fees issues. We do take in orders for official merchandise and albums as well.

I have sent in a DM/Email/CC to you, but have yet to receive a reply!
Please do allow 1-2 days for us to get back to you. Should you have an urgent question that requires immediate replies, please DM/EMAIL us.

Also, there are some other reasons that you may not receive a reply
- We are in contact with the fansite/seller to get a reply, thus it might take some time for us to get back to you
- Questions that can be found on the order form / FAQ (e.g. How much is this item? Is there second payment? How many orders are there? When are the items arriving)
- Irrelevant questions that might be rude or disrepectful or personal questions. (e.g. Do you have a Korean bank account? How did you operate? Do you have stan twitter account?)

When do you decide not to open a group order?
There are many reasons behind our decision. Some of it includes, limited buyers (especially for sellers not based in Korea). This is because the shipping fees will be immensely expensive that we would not want the buyers to be paying such expensive fees. Another reason might be due to group orders have been started by other accounts. And we usually will direct customers to the other accounts so that it would lower the cost the customers would pay.

In our usual practice, we will quote-RT the tweet to estimate the demand before deciding!

FAQ (Request/Order)

Request

Whose merchandise will RABBITGREETINGS be taking in?
Mainly EXO and TWICE! if you have a request for goods that are by other idols, you may DM us and we'll consider it!
Note: Currently we're only taking in orders that are based in KOREA.

How do I send in my request?
You may send in your request via DM on Twitter / Curious Cat / Email! When sending a request, please try to send in your request along with the link of the tweet etc.
If you see that the order period is closing, please DM me for a faster response!

Ordering

What does the listed price includes?
It is usually case-by-case basis. As such, please read each form CAREFULLY, and DM us if you've any questions. Sometimes we might make a mistake in the form, thus do DM us to clarify~
As a guide
- Official goods will usually include shipping/EMS fees into it and it will be stated (No 2nd Payment) in the form.
- Unofficial / Fansite goods' listed price will usually be based on the item's price and will require a 2nd payment.

Will the order proceed even with 1 order?
Yes, usually we will simply proceed with the order unless the customer requests to be informed.

I am unable to make my payment now, will it be possible for me to place my orders for and make the payment later?
We strictly DO NOT allow for this, please do transfer before filling up the form.

I missed the deadline for your group order, will it be possible to still place my order?
We usually open the form till the next day of the stated deadline but after the form is closed we will not accept any more orders. In the situation whereby the deadline for order (set by account/fansite) is only 1 day after the end of our sales, it will be closed right after 23:59. We will indicate on the form if we will close the form promptly. Nonetheless, please do order early.

We seek your understanding that we need to consolidate before placing the orders with the seller, and also it is to ensure fairness to the other buyers who have placed their orders AND transferred the payment before the stated deadline.

I'm not living in Singapore, may I still order from you?
Unfortunately, no. We will only take in orders from customers with a local (Singapore) address or able to turn up for physical meet up.

I intend to place orders for more than 1 group order? May I transfer the total sum in 1 transaction?
Yes, you may! Please let us know in the remarks question, thank you~

I submitted my order, but I've yet to receive a confirmation email.
All confirmation emails will be sent AFTER the group order has closed and orders have been placed. . Please do check through your Junk/Spam folder as well because it might end up there.
Sometimes we will tweet that confirmation emails will be sent after a certain date/day, so please take note as well.

FAQ (Collection)

The deadline for my item is coming up. How can I collect it?
A: Collection is only allowed during a certain time frame to prevent confusion.
Items are only confiscated if it's not collected in the nearest collection AFTER the deadline.
(e.g. Deadline = 22th May.
Collection email sent out on 20th May --> Not the last collection, item will not be confiscated.
Collection email sent out on 23rd May --> Last collection, item will be confiscated if uncollected)

I can't remember what I ordered, can you help me double check?
Please understand that we have multiple group orders and many buyers at the same time, so we'll appreciate it if you can keep track of the items you have ordered through RABBITGREETINGS. You may do so by checking the confirmation emails sent or the form response that you received after filling up our forms.

What are the collection methods available?
We allow for mass meet up and postage (normal mail/registered mail). Personal meet ups are allowed on a case-by-case basis. Just a note, please be prepared that your items will take a bit longer to be mailed out as the admins' schedule might not permit us to drop by the post office! We apologise and seek your understanding for it!

Where are your meet ups?
Sengkang MRT & at TOWN (usually Dhoby Ghaut/Somerset). All updates will be available on twitter regarding exact location / meet up timing change etc.

We do not entertain request to meet up at a specific location/MRT Stations. All meet up will be done based on admin's convenience and case-by-case basis.

How do I attend collection?

I am unable to attend meet up this week, may I collect my goods another day? May I wait for all my items to arrive before collecting?
A: Yes, you may. As long as your items are collected before the collection deadline!

Some of the items that I purchased is not reflected on the list!
A: This means that the items are NOT here yet.

May I opt for personal collection?
A: It depends.

How often are your meetups?
A: 2-3 times a month based on admin's availability. From Jan 2020 onwards, there will be no extension of the deadline if there is a lack of meet up.

I opted for meet up/postage in the google form, but I would like to change the collection method.
A: You do not have to inform me if you would like to change. My ready for collection email will give you the instructions for the respective methods and you can follow the instructions from there.

When do I have to collect my items by?
A: You're required to collect your goods 6 weeks for normal goods, and 4 weeks for albums/kihno albums, from the day I send out ‘ready for collection’ emails. Deadlines will be stated on my excel.

May I get someone else to collect for me?
A: Yes, please indicate in the remarks question the person's name & twitter account/phone number!

When do you do your mailing?
A: It differs every week, the exact dates will be given in my ‘ready for collection’ email.


Ready For Collection emails will be sent out when your items are ready for collection, and subsequently every week that I have a meet up, as long as you have yet to collect your item.

When will I receive the Ready For Collection email?
A: Every mid-week for the weeks I have meet up. You will receive this email as long as you haven't collected your items since arrival.

What are your collection procedures? What if I am unable to attend this week's meet up?
A:
1) If you can and wish to attend meet up: Make your 2nd payment -> fill up the meet up form and submit
2) If you wish to opt for postage: Follow the instructions in the collection email which will be sent when your items are ready.
3) If you are unable to make it for the meet up and wish to wait for the next: No action is required. Email will be sent every week to buyers whose items are ready for collection.

When items arrive in Singapore, a ‘READY FOR COLLECTION’ email will be sent. In the email, information such as the deadline for postage applicable, meet up details can be found. There will be an excel link which includes information such as 2nd payment and collection deadlines. Buyers are required to check their pending 2nd payment fees and be responsible to collect their items before the deadline.

FAQ (Collection-COVID19)

Can I go to your block and you leave my stuff outside and I head over and collect? There will be no contact.
A: No. I don’t allow any personal collection.

How is meet up conducted during Phase 2?
A: The meet up time frame will be split into 5 min slots each, and each buyer will be allocated to a specific timing which they are supposed to come at that particular timing.
If you've a particular timing request, there is a question in the form for you to fill up.

Will you be conducting meet up elsewhere?
A: Meet up will still only be done at my usual locations (Sengkang/Dhoby Ghaut/Somerset).
However, meet up at town will be irregular and depends on my schedule.

What are the differences between the 3 types of mailing?

Normal mail:
- Non-tracked via Singpost. Price depends on weight.
- Delivery takes up to 2 weeks (14 days) current situation.
- Deliver to letterbox (which means your item must be able to fit into letterbox)
Registered mail:
- Tracked via Singpost. Price depends on weight.
- Should take 3-5 working days (or might take a little longer)
- Deliver to letterbox (which means your item must be able to fit into letterbox.
Express mail:
(Not always available)
- Tracked via third-party delivery company. Flat rate of $6, up to 5KG per parcel.
- Next day delivery. (e.g. picked up from my side on Monday, delivery on Tuesday)

You said that pick up for express mail will be on (DATE), but I still have not receive any email/item!
A: You will only receive the email when I register your details into the system. Also, please note that doesn't mean that I chose that date, it means that the deliveryman will definitely come on that particular day to collect. There have been many instances that the deliveryman came with an almost full van, and could only collect some of the parcels. There have been instances whereby they just didn't appear as well.

Melon Pass Purchase

We are helping fans purchase MELON PASS.

Here are some things to take note:
Please ensure you have a VERIFIED melon account before purchasing the pass from us.
Allow 1-3 days for you to receive the pass.
All passes are non-refundable.

Buying Service

Currently, you may just contact me and items will be purchased and sent back with my other group order items.
Later on, I will be managing this buying service by batches. Each batch can range from 5 days to 2 weeks. You may choose to order any time during the period. Please only pay and order if you’re alright with the waiting time of the batch!

2) Quotation
A price quotation will be sent to you and purchase will be made when payment is received.

Note: Please do not use google rates as a reference, and attempt to argue about the quoted price. No accounts will be able to offer you the google rates.

3) Delivery
Items will be sent to my Korean address and delivery will be arranged to Singapore together with the rest of the batch.
Free delivery if you purchase more than $150/200 worth of items in one transaction. (i.e. you can buy from more than 1 website, but you have to send in your payment in 1 transaction. No combining of multiple transaction is allowed.)

Items are purcahses based on first come first serve basis.
Orders will be made when free shipping has been attained.
